Shipping Policy for Evolution Woodworks

Processing Time:
- Each custom woodworking piece is handcrafted by the owner. For in stock orders please allow 1-2 days for processing of your order, packing and shipping. If requesting customization for an in stock piece please allow an additional 1-2 days to setup and complete the customization for most projects. The processing time may vary depending on the complexity and size of the project.
All full custom orders will be estimated on a case by case basis and will be subject to change dependent on material availability, complexity of the work and any agreed upon timelines.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are determined at the checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package in real-time.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently only ship to the Continental United States.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances, such as delays or extreme weather conditions, may affect delivery times.
Shipping Address:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items:
- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may require additional information, such as photographs of the damaged item to file a claim with the shipping company.
