More than just a plate with holes, these router bit storage trays feature Gripping Fingers to hold your bits securely without rattling around or falling out.

Features:

• Files for 1/4" x 1/2" bits
• 5" x 7.5" x 1" plates can hold up to 15 bits each (depending on bit diameter)
• Standard STL and STEP file formats can be customized in CAD to fit your drawer space
• Universal fit design doesn't require a special base plate system
• Designed for easy printing with minimal supports

Printing Tips:

• Standard slicer settings should work however you may need to make adjustments for your particular setup.
• Print in PETG or similar filament to allow fingers to flex without breaking off.
• Print top face down on plate with Supports ON. A minimal amount of support is required for the radiused top edges.
• If holes are too tight or loose you may need to make adjustments to your slicer's hole tolerance to get the fit dialed in.
